Delete your account and data — ACES Activa
ACES Activa lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. No request form is needed.
How to delete your account
- Open the ACES Activa app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion is immediate and permanent.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove from our servers:
- Your account and login credentials (email).
- Your profile: name, ACES tag, date of birth, gender, height, goals, and city of residence.
- Your profile photo.
- Your workout history (type, duration, distance, calories, average heart rate, perceived effort and notes).
- Your event attendance records.
- Your stored consents.
What is kept
- Health and fitness data stored in your phone's Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) belongs to those systems, not to ACES Activa, and is not affected by deleting your account. You can remove it from those apps directly.
- GPS routes and weight logs stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
Retention
Data is removed from our active systems immediately upon confirmation. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
